My family and I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, especially in terms of how they catered to my elderly parents. the presence of ironing facilities in the room was a pleasant surprise and made it convenient for us to keep our outfits crisp and polished throughout our vacation. the heating system worked flawlessly, providing a cozy and warm environment for us to relax in after a day of exploring Cromer and East Runton. the washing machine in our accommodation was a lifesaver, allowing us to keep our clothes fresh and clean without having to worry about finding a laundromat. We can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a truly exceptional vacation experience.
